We started prototyping some projects for October acouple of days ago. It was really hard not to go with a Halloween theme. Alexis and I spent the morning creating some DIY decorations for the MAKESHOP. I figured that it would be really cool to add some electronics to some simple cardboard decorations.
As always, this process of prototyping programming is a blast. I really look forward to seeing what visitors will come up with during the month of October. I’m picturing masks, costumes, etc. But I’m sure there will be some surprises along the way. Halloween is always a fun time of the year, especially in at the Museum.
I also have to commend Alexis, one of our interns, for creating such a cool light up fabric pumpkin. She is much better at hand sewing than I am.
